  My experience was awful... don't get me wrong the people are very nice but my hair is now ruined. They didn't do my hair how I wanted it, I was going for a blonde with light brown highlights for my roots and now my hair is black, blue, and white :"( and my hair severely damaged, pretty much lost half of my hair. It use to be so thick, now it is simply dead.
